What do Linux Video Editors use?

To be frank, I don’t know, but they can use LiVES, a free video editor for Linux and many flavours of Unix (e.g. BSD, openMosix, IRIX, OSX/Darwin).


LiVES

Its feature list is fairly large and looks like it should satisfy anyone looking for a free editor.

Demo videos are available showing the possibilities of the editor.

Unfortunately, the screenshots page is not functional.

Maybe I’ll be whipping out that LiveCD of linspire I have laying around and give at test drive….
